Betsy was hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and made me feel at ease even though buying a home can be extremely stressful. I would recommend Betsy with the highest of regards. She is amazing!

Betsy was the listing agent for my elderly mother’s property. My mom had interviewed several agents but felt most comfortable with Betsy and so did I. I had worked with Betsy remotely for about six weeks until I was able to travel back to Minnesota to help my mom with her move. Betsy had communicated regularly with me and she was wonderful with my mom, being sensitive to her situation and helped guide her and us every step of the way.

Betsy had quite the challenge dealing with multiple family members involved in the sale, each who had differing thoughts and opinions on everything from listing price to negotiations, but Betsy stayed focused, calm and very professional throughout the entire process. Betsy was the calming force as we explored moving to an apartment in 2019. Then Covid hit and we were unable to move but stayed in our home until after my husband died. She was so helpful in navigating the sale of home, and I especially appreciated how easy she was to get ahold of by text or phone. I cannot say enough what a life saver Betsy has been for us! We had the daunting task of trying to sell our house in the middle of winter while juggling a new baby, new jobs and relocation to a new city. She personally came to the house and coordinated repairs, carpet cleaning, yard clean-up, snow removal… so much more than we ever could have asked for. Getting the house sold at this time of year is never easy and she did everything possible to get as many people aware and in the house as possible. She also has a great understanding of the area and provided solid advice about pricing, marketing and negotiation strategies and anything we should know to get our house sold as quickly as possible at the best price. Lastly, she has been a comforting and reassuring presence – willing to listen to us share our stresses and frustrations and offer words of advice as we went through this big life event. This is the fourth home I have had to sell and I can say without a doubt that my experience with Betsy has been by far the best.
